Tier 1 · RD-T1

Red-flag screening

Ten spoken red-flag clusters in English and Hindi, marked Yes or No during a routine visit. Produces a priority band, a reason, next steps and an A4 referral slip.

Tier 2 · RD-T2

Clinical validation worksheet

Anthropometry, fourteen examination findings by system, eight first-line investigations, and a recorded clinical decision with an audit reason when it differs from the suggestion.

Used by: Medical officer or paediatrician at the DEIC or district hospital · Output: A4 Centre of Excellence referral + CSV

Referral tracker

One row per referred child across six stages, from referral to recorded outcome, with an automatic check on Priority A referrals past the seven-day window.

Used by: Block programme manager, DEIC coordinator · Output: CSV + printable register

No screen, band or route names a condition. Confirmation and counselling rest with the Centre of Excellence genetics team.

These tools do not transmit

There is no server, no account and no sync. Entries are held in this browser's local storage on this device and leave it only as paper or a CSV you download yourself.
