Review and reach
RD-T1 and RD-T2 are drafts circulated for sign-off. Criticism of the item list is the most useful thing you can send.
1 · Who to write to, and about what
Clinical reviewers
Comments on item wording, thresholds, age-banding, or the Tier 2 workup list.
Send a marked-up copy of the item list with your designation and institution. Every accepted change is versioned in the instrument header.
District and block programme officers
Roll-out in a block, training a batch of screeners, or the register review cadence.
Ask for the two-hour module and a printed slip pad. One device per block is the unit of deployment.
Families
A referral that has gone nowhere, or a question about a slip you were given.
Go first to the worker who handed you the slip and ask for the register entry. If that fails, the DEIC at your district hospital is the next step.

Named contacts and phone numbers pending programme sign-off. Do not publish this page to families until they are filled in.
There is no contact form here on purpose. This site has no backend and stores nothing, so a form would either quietly fail or send a child's details somewhere we have promised not to send them.
