Ask the programme
If this is an emergency, do not use this page
Do not wait for a reply here. Take the child to the nearest emergency department now, or call your local emergency number. This service is not monitored continuously and cannot help in an emergency.
D0 · Response time — उत्तर का समय
measured, not aspirationalReplies are written by people, Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm. Current published response time: measure, then publish. Questions covered by our written library are answered straight away; anything else waits for a person.
D1 · What this can and cannot answer
Can answer
- Where to go, what to bring, and what the referral means
- How long tests take and how to get copies of reports
- Cost, travel help, certificates and schemes
- How this programme works, and what happens at each step
Cannot
- Give a diagnosis, a prescription or test results — those are given to you in person
- Answer at night, on Sundays, or instantly
- Interpret what you write with software — a person reads it
D2 · How this works — तीन चीज़ें
Everything you see here is one of exactly three things: a question from a script a clinician wrote, an answer from our approved library shown word for word, or a message typed by a named person. There is no fourth category, and no language model.
D3 · The honest limitation
If you type a question in your own words and it is not in our library, you wait for a person. We would rather say that than have software guess at an answer about your child.
D4 · Screening tools are separate — उपकरण अलग हैं
The RD-T1, RD-T2 and referral tracker instruments never send anything to a server. They run entirely on the health worker's device, and there is no chat launcher on those pages.
